Rick De La O is a trained chef and proud graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Rick draws deep inspiration from his hometown and his northern Mexican heritage. His cooking reflects the bold flavors, rich traditions, and vibrant culture of the border region. With a passion for creativity and innovation, Rick is known for crafting unique dishes that surprise, delight, and bring people together. As the owner and founder of El Chuco Taqueria, he continues to share his love for authentic, elevated street-style cuisine—one plate at a time.
